Our Mission
The Business Organization for Latino Development (BOLD) strives to develop, motivate, and celebrate Latino students interested in pursuing careers in business.
Through workshops, faculty conversations, and networking events, we introduce members to various business industries and prepare them for successful careers at top firms. Most importantly, we challenge our members to strive for professional excellence and to be BOLD.
Develop
Our process begins by offering our members professional development events designed to introduce them to business through a consulting or finance track.
Motivate
Once enrolled in a track, members will be paired with a mentor at the Chicago Booth School of Business while having the option to attend quarterly motivational panels led by Latino UChicago alumni and faculty through our Professional Speaker Series.
Celebrate
Our team will host several social events designed to expand professional networks and build a strong sense of community.
